Burlesque comedy wasn't always about the striptease. But when the Victorians went prudish, comedy went bawdy as a counterpoint. And so the clothes got tighter, the dances more suggestive, and everything got a whole lot sexier. 



We've kept the sex appeal and a lot of the show biz terms that evolved out of the Burlesque and Vaudeville circuits.
